Momentum

Do you ever look at your journal calendar and think, "Oh, it's been way too long since I posted. I should fix that."

But then, because you feel so GUILTY about the whole thing, you just can't bring yourself to write anything breezy and quick, because you feel like you have to make up for the fact that you haven't posted since October.

Just me?

What about thinking about the last time you exercised and realizing it was several weeks ago and yes, you did sign up for a 5K which is this Sunday?

Just me.

(But I did win NaNo this year! I am pretty sure all my words sucked, but that's okay, because I wrote 50,000 sucky words, which is 50,000 more than I thought I'd manage to write this year.)

Hee, not just you! I am a repeat offender.

Yay for NaNo! Was it fanfiction (CanIreaditCanIreadit) or original (CanIreaditprettyplease)?

Thank you! I felt like it was a good accomplishment for someone who hasn't been writing much lately. :-)

Hee!

It was original, but... I don't think I'm showing it to anyone! I already started re-writing it, though--so maybe when that one is done. :-)

Updating is good! I just checked yours out--being on lj is sort of hit-or-miss (mostly miss, honestly) for me these days.
