Castle: Recoil

Me, as of two minutes ago: ACK! Why is no one talking about last night's Castle yet?!

I thought that it was a mite out of character for Castle at the end there to not endorse Beckett's story of the frame-up -

Actually, I think you'd be right if it happened in any other circumstance. That IS Castle's job--to think out of the box, even and especially when it's absurd. But I liked it, because it showed how they've changed by being around each other, and how Castle is grounding her when she needs to be grounded--and boy, did she need to be grounded this episode.

And it's not just you--Esposito has gotten very hard, and at this point, I'm willing to say I think the writers are doing it on purpose, for a purpose. Which is exciting!

Aw, poor actors who have to deal with heavy coats on set. Hee!
