Being Sick (Again), Marriage, Karaoke, and Meme Answers (pt. 1)

Well, my theory about how my immune system sucks has another data point! This time, though, I've started wondering if it is slightly allergy-related, because I remember getting sick last spring. I just can't remember if I was sick other times last year... I keep meaning to track it. It's not that bad, really--just a bit of sinus ick and fatigue.

YOU GUYS. My friend is getting married and so she had her bridal shower and a fun engagement/bachelorette-type party in which a bunch of us went to a karaoke place with private rooms, and I had a BLAST. I've done karaoke bars, which I find entirely too intimidating--something about getting in front of strangers and performing triggers my fright/giggling reflexes. BUT in a group of people I (mostly) knew, I sang "Dog Days are Over" and "Everlong." I'm not ENTIRELY sure that the applause after "Dog Days" wasn't because I didn't faint during it, and I'd love to have a recording of myself singing it to see if I totally sucked or not, because I honestly couldn't tell at the time. :-)

So, I did this meme thing, and I haven't actually managed to answer most of them, but I thought I'd post what I did have.
