Jul. 15th, 2017 08:58 pm Does anyone else have that coping strategy where they tell themselves they don’t actually have to GO workout, they just have to get dressed as if they were going to work out and get their stuff ready to go work out but don’t worry, we are not actually going to work out?
(and then the brain magically says*, “Well, we are all ready to work out–why don’t we just go?)
*sometimes, anyway
