I'm still alive! (ish)
Mar. 19th, 2010 12:38 pmI have been so busy today this is the first time I check my e-mail. And it's lunchtime. Man. I haven't even read my lj for at least a couple of DAYS. What is WRONG with the world?
(Note: I still haven't read lj, so if there's something Really Important, let me know, otherwise I'll catch up someday.)
Of course, I did read a really fluffy romance novel. This author's pretty good, but I can't help myself anymore... sex scenes in (almost all) romance novels are just unbelievably hilarious. I really don't need to read about perfect [everything] all the time, thank you.
Also, WHAT is the deal with every heroine somehow magically becoming the mostest beautiful woman EVER? HELLO. In the last book she was slightly frumpy, and now she's the toast of the town? GAH. Where are my ugly/fat heroines I can actually relate to?
Er. Sorry about that.
Anyway, before I forget, happy birthday to
syxp and happy (early) birthday to
abyssinia_4077. You are both amazing and I love you and I hope you have fantabulous birthdays!
