Quick writing update: Despite my lack of writing on the 1st, I have met or exceeded my daily goal ever since. I feel amazingly productive.
This Christmas, I gave tiny little presents (like...$2 worth each) to my boss's three girls. Because of the weather, I didn't get them to them until yesterday--well, to their dad, anyway, who took them home. Today, I got a THANK YOU NOTE. My boss told me it was their idea, and it's the nicest thank you note I've ever received. I almost cried. I'm such a sap.
