First things first: Tiger Beatdown's Take on Avatar had me just about falling out of my chair laughing. Pay special attention to #5 and know that she describes me. (And maybe some of my fic. You know the one. Yeah.)
I have Important Things to Say about Legend of the Seeker (that don't include spoilers):
1) The latest ep I've watched, (something about moons and stars and childhood girlfriends, I dunno) marks the first time a first watch of a clip show episode truly annoyed me. I JUST WATCHED THOSE TEN EPISODES-- I DON'T NEED TO SEE THEM AGAIN, KTHX.
2) "Richard" still strikes me as a hilarious name for the hero. I can't get over it. "RICHAAAAARD! Richard will save us!" All I can think is "Who names their kid Richard these days?"
Yes, my love is deep and everlasting.
Oh, wait. One more thing: Kahlan as a Mord Sith? Totes hot. Not that she's not gorgeous all the time, although, please, a little less with the big, blue eyes, but yeah. Leather? AWESOME.
Okay, so not much else besides those two things, but I AM feeling better. Also, I need to write fic. Any suggestions?
