Okay, that’s it. I’m done trying to figure out Regina. I admit, I’ve had sympathy for her for way too long, but there’s clearly something wrong with the way her brain works.
I think Snow had it mostly right–that she was in pain and lashing out at anything that might be the source of that pain. I just no longer feel any sympathy for her when she knows exactly what she’s doing and still keeps doing it. Over and over and over again.
Oh, and Emma? Trust that superpower. I believe in you. Not the writers, although at least they acknowledged the inconsistencies. Just keep digging.
