Sneaky Cats, Cool Movies, and Writing

I love my cat, and one of the things that I love about her is that she thinks if she's subtle enough about climbing onto me, I'll let her hang out on my face. Like, maybe I won't notice she's stepping on me if she comes around from the back of the couch.

I'm watching the Matrix right now, and it is absolutely the coolest movie ever made. Something about the very fact that it's so grimy and ragged at the same time everyone's dressed like... that. Something about the aesthetic on top of... IDK - how normal everything is?


Also, "Being the One is like being in love" takes on a whole new weight after seeing Matrix: Resurrections.



I've been writing fic! I have gotten a bit stuck but I'm sure I'll manage to figure it out, hopefully tomorrow... I wanna finish a draft and then coerce someone into betaing it for me. I'm excited!

I also love cats who believe you won't notice if they ooze onto you very slowly.
