I loved Garfield as a kid, but some twerp burst my little kid's view of the comic strip one day by saying it was--well, I won't repeat such things here.

But! I WILL give you the linke to a wonderful thought and art experiment: Garfield minus Garfield.

From the site: Friends, meet Jon Arbuckle. Let’s laugh and learn with him on a journey deep into the tortured mind of an isolated young everyman as he fights a losing battle against lonliness and methamphetamine addiction in a quiet American suburb.

There aren't that many archives, but it looks promising for future posts.

This is abso-freakin-lutely genius, I couldn't stop laughing at them. Who would have thought Garfield would be so much better without Garfield?

Definitely found a good spot in my RSS reader.

Yes. It's apparently all over the internet this week, too--Whitney featured it on her blog, as well.

Yeah, I saw it on her blog, and it ended up in a few other ones in my reader. Funny how things like that circulate so fast.

You do, however, win, because you posted it before any of the other ones. :)
