holdouttrout: not your ordinary fish (Default)
These pictures of AT make me wish, desperately, for leather costumes on all shows hereafter. What makes people in leather so much hotter (looking) than people in cotton? I have no idea. (Her expression in the first pic makes me laugh, though--does AT strike anyone else as a big goofball?)

Tonight I am sacrificing the SEASON FINALE of Atlantis so I can be a good sister. I'm not sure what I would feel more guilty about missing, but Atlantis can be recorded, and I have a tiny little suspicion that I'd remember and reget not being a good sister somewhere down the road. So have fun online for me tonight, everyone. I'll squee on your journals in the morning.

(And yes, for the record, I have a brother. Younger. TALLER. *mutters underneath breath*)

Hee... while this totally holds true for AT, I can definitely think of some people that would look far worse in leather than cotton. And yes, she strikes me as a goofball, too... someone with a good sense of humor who smiles easily.

Also? Way to be a good sister! It's hard, I know, but worth it in the end, hopefully... plus this way? Atlantis with no commercials. Think of the bright side!

And you can pause any particularly hot!Sam moments. Hee.

I suppose I would look silly in leather. So yeah, I see your point.

Mmm...hot Sam moments...

Hee... I would look bad in leather, too. Plus, I imagine it chafes in hot weather.

Yay hot Sam!

Oh, she is SUCH a goofball. A completely hot in leather goofball, but a goofball, nonetheless.

I have a brother. Younger. TALLER.

Me, too! And I hate that I have to look up at someone whose diaper I used to change. So not fair.

I wonder if she was also a complete dork in high school..

Taller younger siblings just isn't right!

I believe AT is a self-confessed goofball. :)

AT is so silly, but so, so cute. And yes, hot in leather. =)

And I hope your brother appreciates the level of love that such a sacrifice implies!

And I actually made it home in time. I really thought it would take longer.

Speaking of AT in leather, I watched the episode this week where SG1 was sent to 'quietly investigate' strange goings on in small town America, and was rather amused that her day wardrobe consisted of black leather pants, a black trench coat and designer tailored blouse... along with snazzy John Lennon shades. Hehe. Way to avoid being noticed.

Aren't they just like the worst ever at blending in? *loves her team*

Also, I love the idea of spywork being all wigs and glamor.

I'm not watching tonight either. I had to record it last week and I haven't caught up yet. So it'll likely be tomorrow for me. ;)

Heh. And here I am at home, in time, feeling foolish. Well, by the time I actually get it, it's usually tomorrow for everyone anyway...

Have you never met my brother? He's 6' something. One inch or two inches...I'm not sure.

I love leather, but it is better for winter because the peeling off isn't fun.
But I still can't look at those pics without seeing AT say 'sci-fi porn'
xx

Peeling is never fun. However, summer has it's nice points, too.
