And re: the crackfic; personally, if I read something that makes me laugh out loud, it is much easier to comment and share the sniggles than it is when I read something that makes me cry/worry.
Tis easier to laugh in public than gush about how much something touched me without being embarrassed and feeling like a turnip.
I too liked the apocafic a lot; just enough the wrong side of straightforwardxx
