Castle and Vampires (not related)

Okay, Castle, you are ridiculously easy to figure out sometimes. Or at least, it wasn't hard to figure out that the cop mentor from Beckett's past was involved in the whole thing. Still, I rather liked him. I mean, in a "I know you're a bad guy but you're so charismatic" kind of way. *g*











In my "spare time" I'm reading a book called Sundays with Vlad, which is all about Dracula the person, Dracula the literary figure, vampires in the movies, vampire fandom(s), and people who believe they really, truly, are vampires. It's a little hysterical, and a lot more unbiased than I would tend to be.

I said it on Twitter and I mean to post my own entry on this at some point - but I really think it would've been awesome if they'd kept this guy for the inevitable "Beckett gets a boyfriend" arc as opposed to spending him on a single "mentor gone bad" ep because I think he had really good chemistry with the cast. And he'd have been a good change from the usual obstacle/beefcake combo i.e. a fully developed character.

Yeah... plus, I liked that Castle liked him, even though he was also jealous. *g*
