Yes, I know I said I wasn't really fannish about this show. Shut up.
1. Do TPTB for this show believe who we are tells what our actions will be or do they think that how we act determines who we are? That is, is Regina right that Snow is doomed, or is she still capable of choosing the right?
2. What does Regina's heart look like? Somebody grab it!
3. Is Henry (and Bae) right about magic? Is it inherently corrupting?
4. Did anyone else know the kid was the Outsider within two minutes of Regina spotting him?
5. How cool is it that Regina gave Henry exactly what he wanted (ending the immediate threat against Mary Margaret) without giving him what he really wanted (getting rid of all magic) or what he really needed (the end of the feud)?
6. What does it say about me that I actually really like this season and this show? (I keep seeing a lot of people who are fed up with Regina and her back-and-forth redemption arc, but I'm not there yet... at least, not most of the time.)

I think they've been showing a lot of how we act determines who we are, but that often time circumstances make actions keep you who you are (for example Dreamy...but look he became Grumpy. That's a whole new action. He lost his identity! Even if he didn't get his dream).
2. I was thinking the same thing.
3. I...dunno. What about fairy magic? It's very conusing.
4. I was looking for the dude to show that keychain from when his dad gave it to him. (And how did he get it back from Regina anyway? I think I missed something there).
5. Put that way, very cool.
6. Where the hell are you wandering? I'm loving the Regina arc. It makes her seem more real because a person does backslide. I do wish she'd had her own kind of resolution to her mother's machinations rather than plug her heart back in.

Also, I think they made a mistake with Gold teaching Emma magic and having it be so easy right off the bat for her. I didn't get the feeling that just anyone can do that sort of thing... I would have liked it better if she had to struggle for it over the course of the episode.
4. Hmmm... Continuity error? Might have to watch that again.
5. Hee!
6. Me, too. I mean, I like what this does for Snow's arc, but not so much what it does for Regina's. at least, not right now.
