Books, Lost, and Summer Challenges
May. 25th, 2010 11:27 amI'm on a book kick lately, what can I say?
Anyway, I'm reading the oft-neglected Anne Bronte's Tenant of Wildfell Hall. I'm still just a few chapters in, but I like it! I expected to think it was alright, but a little dense, but I actually think it's rather enjoyable. It's an epistolary letter, and there are bits of humor that I appreciate, though the narrator is a little bit oblivious sometimes.
Okay, so Lost ended Sunday. I really liked the finale, for various reasons, many of which
annerbhp ennumerated in her reaction post. (Of course, spoilers abound.) I was pleased that at the end, it really was all about the characters.
I have been thinking about the fact that it is now light-ish outside when I wake up, and how this means I should probably start trying to go for morning walks again. *sighs* It's a never-ending battle to get out the door, people. Maybe this summer... *trails off wistfully*
